Near the airport

Bad plumbing in the bathroom. Bathroom sink faucet was leaking water. Soil was there in the commode when I first occupied the room. There was no clean bedsheet. One dirty blanket was there that everyone uses. Bedsheet that covered the bed was spotted all over.

“The hotel is very closed to airport, well maintain renovated and the staff is really helpful. Food is also great and service is perfect. I actually have no comments on this hotel in a negative way while everything is perfect. We Book this hotel a city trip to New Delhi. Hotel offer a own Verena car to full day. and I asked for and was given a window room on Level 2, which was nicely decorated and quiet. Will definitely recommend this hotel, and stay here again next time I need to be near the airport. Hotel was given a free airport transfer to get my 2.15am flight."

It was good for money value. But there is fix food menu and small .

Never go there! They don't speak english, they don't clean, the food is not good, it's really not worth it

Free airport transfer was non existent.

They provided help while coming from the airport.

Reservation included breakfast. Hotel did not offer breakfast when we told them booking includes breakfast they offered bread and butter. Air Conditioner tripped many times in the night. The hotel also refused to accept credit card that was used for reservation at Booked.net. Location also was not good.

The Hotel is very near to the Airport. The room was small in size but very comfortable to stay. The food was good. For the price I was paying the facility was very good.the staff was really helpful. Will be coming back to the hotel again for sure. The hotel also offered us the city tour at a very nominal charges as compared to other people i asked for.

The interior is to simple. Limited menu.

It also houses a restaurant , business center, GYM, library, and sitting aria in lobby is good and we use also 1st floor to sitting . My room no. was 205 in front of this room there is a very big comfortable lobby with many type of book and with tv. We sit there till late night and enjoy drink . We feel very best. We will come back to this hotel again if we need ”

Nothing. It was very badly managed hotel and all the comforts written there on internet were not true. Please do not cheat the clients . It is bad name for Booked.net

Internet was not working. Badly located in side the lane. Not safe as entrance is clumsy. There is likely hood of the accident. They take money in advance and then start telling that wifi not working. The staff cannot take care of the clients as the owner does not attend to the difficulties. Ac does not work well.Bedsheets were dirty. Room was not ready even at 11 pm !! And I told them that I would arrive in the evening!!

Don't go to this hotel a lot too pricy, the owners will try to steal every rupee they get from you, when they say free pick up they mean you have to pay the parking, small and dirty rooms ( there was ants in the bathroom, stain on the wall, bedsheet and pillows). Staff unpleasant and rude, the driver was late and unpolite ( no apologise, not a word, not even hello). Then they tell us to choose between free pick up and drop off, altough they told us by mail that both were free. In conclusion the ratio quality/price is really bad compare to other hotels in india ( it was our most expensive room of our trip and the worst) so we recomend you not to go to this hotel.

Very Poor Room Service & Very Poor food Quailty.......

Look sir this would have to be the worst place I have stayed in the world.Plese remove them from your bookings. It is situated in some where like a bomb site,wild dogs running around,ripped us off with the price,had to carry 30kilo bags up four flights of stairs,no wifi,rooms thick with dust,brekfast 2 pieces of toast no tea for my wife,wter all over floor in bathroom,no change when we went to pay bill,sent a boy to get change took over half an hour so we had to leave without it and so on and son. Lift from airport never turned up.and then we got conned 850 rupees for five minute ride. Ok I could go on but you get the message. Regards Alan Kenyon

you should shame for to make the person fool to show a high class photograph of hotel but in actual it's a low class hotel.

nothing, they have not serve the dinar at 10.15 and suggest to go out side of hotel.

only location near airport but street of hotel is very tight

I donot recomond anypone to choose this hotel. hotel staff is asking more money which is declared on Booked.net vocher. even no wifi is working no water bottle is free.
